Police in Somerset West are appealing to the public for help in finding 60-year-old Rika Norris, who went missing after going for a walk at Lourensford Estate.
She was last seen at around 10am on Saturday, 23 May, and was reported missing the following day.

She was wearing navy blue ski pants and a multicoloured long-sleeve top
Police and search teams are actively searching the area
The public is asked to report credible information directly to SAPS
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is urged to contact investigating officer Sergeant Dawid Stimela on 079 894 0115 or call Crime Stop on 08600 10111.

Skateboarder Completes 106-Day Journey to Cape Town

For the past few months, thousands of South Africans have been following one incredible journey across the continent.
American skateboarder Jason Vanporppal has officially completed his 106-day skateboarding trip from Uganda to Cape Town — covering more than 5,500km along the way.
Jason took on the journey to raise money for a skatepark in Uganda, where many young skaters currently practice on dirt roads and broken surfaces without proper facilities.
Here’s what made the journey so special:
